We invest in the success of Black social enterprise leaders through strategy & connection

Working Within provides personal partnership and deep business acumen to Black social enterprise leaders and Black-serving organizations looking to scale their impact and create sustainability in their operations.

We provide The Working Within Amplifying Black Social Enterprises Program to help Black visionaries focus their talents, lead with power, and execute.

We started as a podcast, but then we kept receiving requests to speak, and then we kept receiving requests to advise. We love what we do, thank you for checking us out!

Amplifying Black Social Enterprises

This program is highly tailored to our clients, focusing on three central phases: Investigate - Strategize - Implement to address our clients' highest priorities.

We increase the sustainability of Black social enterprises through partnering with management teams, creating and driving strategic shifts, building organizational effectiveness and capacity, and reinforcing the social capital of our clients.

Speaking & Workshops

Here at Working Within, we provide a variety of virtual and in-person professional development workshops and speaking engagements tailored to Black students (of school and life), early to mid career professionals, and budding entrepreneurs.

Individual workshop series focus on the themes of leadership, entrepreneurship, communications, and personal power.

Need something else?

As creatives and entrepreneurs ourselves, we know that one size does not fit all. If you have something a little more specific in mind, we can talk about more custom solutions that we could help you manage.

Reach out and let us know exactly what you're looking for and we will do what we can to get you the support you need, even if we aren't the right fit!

What Clients Say

"Thank you so much for speaking today at the First Generation Student Leadership Program. Hearing your story was so inspiring! I loved when you told us how saying "no" will provide more opportunities to the "yes's" in the future. It was so valuable!"
