A Red Circle utilized Working Within’s Fundraising Toolkit Package to bolster their fundraising infrastructure and to develop a comprehensive 12-month fundraising strategy . This included developing a Theory of Change, conducting a funder and competitor landscape, and establishing creative revenue streams for the organization. Additionally, the Working Within team supplied fundraising materials like a pitch deck and sponsorship request letter to be used for future fundraising efforts..

A Red Circle faced challenges in sustaining its fundraising efforts, reducing reliance on grants, and clearly communicating its value to funders and supporters.
