A Red Circle provides programs in arts and advocacy to foster healing and social connection, urban farming and nutrition initiatives to expand food access and promote sustainability, and academic support to equip students with essential resources for success.

To address the challenges faced by A Red Circle, Working Within implemented a multi-faceted approach to strengthen fundraising capacity and long-term sustainability.
This included developing a clear Theory of Change to sharpen messaging and guide funder conversations.
We created a 12-month fundraising strategy focused on diversifying revenue through individual donors, corporate partnerships, and earned income opportunities.
