Haley Zoladkiewicz
Haley Zoladkiewicz is the Associate Chief of Staff at Working Within, where she sits at the center of client operations, project management, and internal systems. Working closely with Founder and CEO Charlyn Moss, Haley coordinates cross-client projects from kickoff through delivery, manages communications and scheduling, and helps translate strategy into action. She has supported initiatives ranging from donor strategy and grant-writing coordination to fundraising content development and operational systems.
Haley holds a Bachelor's of Business Administration from James Madison University and brings a background in administration, marketing, and nonprofit support. She is energized by building systems that help nonprofit leaders do high-impact work without burning out, and shows up to every engagement with calm, precision, and genuine investment in her clients' success.
