Working Within supported SVP Denver by delivering a four-part Fundraising Accelerator series designed to help nonprofit leaders strengthen their fundability and build a practical fundraising strategy. The series guided participants through measuring their organization’s fundability, improving their Theory of Change and value proposition, developing a clear fundraising plan with goals, funding sources, and budget needs, and implementing that plan through prospect development, an implementation calendar, and supporting collateral. Each session equipped leaders with tools they could apply immediately, creating a structured path from assessment to action.

Social Venture Partners Denver

Social Venture Partners Denver (SVP Denver) amplifies the impact of local nonprofits and social mission organizations addressing health, economic and racial inequities in Metro Denver by connecting them to the support and expertise they need to thrive.

To meet SVP Denver’s needs, we delivered a four-part accelerator that strengthened nonprofit leaders’ fundability and helped them build practical fundraising strategies. Organizations often struggled to understand what funders look for and how to communicate their mission in a way that reflects readiness.
We guided participants through clarifying their value proposition, improving their Theory of Change, and creating realistic fundraising plans with goals, funding sources, and budget needs. We also provided tools, templates, and advisor support to help leaders put their plans into action.
These solutions helped organizations increase their sustainability, strengthen their fundraising approach, and better position themselves to secure the resources needed for their impact.
